Toshio Nagashima has more than 20 years of experience (including over 10 years at one of the Big Four) advising on a broad range of international taxation. He is an active member of the Japan Tax & Accounting Society and has spoken at many seminars and drafted various publications on international taxation.
Mr. Nagashima’s practice focuses on international taxation, especially corporate M&A taxation and expatriate employee’s taxation. He also advises on Japanese corporate and individual taxation, as well as other direct and indirect Japanese tax matters.
