The seminar covered the latest developments on the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, the necessary procedures for opting out, advantages and disadvantages, timelines, and points to consider.
The lecture was given in English, and Felix-Reinhard Einsel, our Managing Partner, and a member of the Unitary Patent/Unified Patent Court of AIPPI Standing Committee, explained the main points in Japanese.
