Ryo Takamatsu has broad experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and specializes in license negotiations and various regulatory compliance matters which arise from the development, manufacturing, sales, supply, and promotion of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In particular, Ryo advises on regulatory matters involving the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, data regulations, and antimonopoly issues. He also has extensive experience in labor issues (mainly representing employers), handling defamation claims on the Internet, and corporate legal and commercial transactions in Japan and overseas.
