Mr. Takeuchi is involved in drafting patent applications, patent prosecutions, a variety of outbound and inbound work, opposition procedure as well as expert opinions. He handles a large number of inventions involving the fields of general chemistry such as organic chemistry, (high) polymer chemistry, inorganic chemicals, environmental chemicals, and computational chemistry. Utilizing his experience in the R&D department of a chemical industry company where he was involved in the research and development of synthetic organic solvents, he advises on patent issues from both a corporate and researcher’s perspective.
