Sonderhoff & Einsel held two seminars on the topic of overview and updates on the Single European Patent and the Unified Patent Court, which are expected to be in effect in the second half of 2022. The lecturer was Dr. Petra Westphal of Sonderhoff & Einsel Europe and the Japanese commentary was provided by Felix-Reinhard Einsel, Managing Partner of Sonderhoff & Einsel.
