Atsushi Yamashita’s practice ranges from disputes on international and domestic commercial transactions including international commercial arbitration procedures, labor disputes (mainly acting for employers), civil and criminal litigation regarding white-collar crimes, M&A and corporate reorganizations, general corporate matters, Anti-Monopoly Law-related matters (in particular, investigations of Japanese companies by foreign authorities), dealing with aircraft accidents, and investigations regarding intra-company compliance.
