Makoto Ohsugi and Robert Rauther will be presenting a case study on the protection of technical and operational know-how under Japanese law at Augsburg University’s “Winter School” which focuses on Japanese case law on February 19th, 2016.
The three-day event (February 19-21), jointly organized by the university and Japan-focused organisations like the German-Japanese Association of Jurists and the German-Japanese Society is aiming to attract participants with a profound knowledge of Japanese law as well as young professionals and law students with an interest in the topic.
