Da jedoch Patentverletzungen durch Plagiate in China ein ernsthaftes Ausma\u00df angenommen haben, ist es dringend notwendig geworden, die Pr\u00fcfungsdauer zu verk\u00fcrzen und eine schnelle Erteilung des Patents zu erm\u00f6glichen.<br \/>\nViele ausl\u00e4ndische Anmelder nutzen zur schnellen Erteilung eines Patents den Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH). Die Verk\u00fcrzung der Pr\u00fcfungsdauer ist nur wenigen ausl\u00e4ndischen Anmeldern bekannt, und wurde vorwiegend nur von chinesischen Anmeldern genutzt. Das Gesetz zur bevorzugten Pr\u00fcfung von Erfindungsanmeldungen wurde j\u00fcngst revidiert und trat am 1. August 2017 als Gesetz zur bevorzugten Pr\u00fcfung von Schutzrechtsanmeldungen in Kraft.
