Unsere Kommunikation mit unseren Mandanten gestaltet sich dabei wie folgt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Um mit den Patent- und Rechtsanw\u00e4lten in Verbindung zu treten, wenden Sie sich bitte unmittelbar per Mobiltelefon oder Email an den jeweils zust\u00e4ndigen Ansprechpartner. Falls Sie \u00fcber keine Kontaktdaten verf\u00fcgen, rufen Sie bitte unsere Zentrale unter\u00a0<a href=\"tel:+81-3-5220-6500\">+81-3-5220-6500<\/a>\u00a0an. Die dortigen Kollegen stellen die Verbindung zum jeweils zust\u00e4ndigen Ansprechpartner her.<\/li>\n<li>Neben Telefongespr\u00e4chen besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, jederzeit webbasierte Videokonferenzen (\u00fcber Teams, Skype etc.) anzusetzen.<\/li>\n<li><em>Elektronische Anmeldungen und andere Verfahren vor dem Japanischen Patentamt k\u00f6nnen unsere Berufstr\u00e4ger vom Home Office aus f\u00fchren.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Unser Pekinger und unser EU-B\u00fcro f\u00fchren ebenfalls mittels Home Office ihren B\u00fcrobetrieb fort.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Fristen vor dem Japanischen Patentamt und bei japanischen Gerichten unver\u00e4ndert weiterlaufen.
