Patent- und Designgesetzes, das im Jahr 2019 vom japanischen Parlament bekanntgegeben wurde (wir berichteten auf unserer Webseite <a href=\"http:\/\/se1910.com\/news\/201905-patent-law-news\/\">http:\/\/se1910.com\/news\/201905-patent-law-news\/<\/a>), werden die folgenden \u00c4nderungen ab dem 1. April 2020 in Kraft treten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2160. \u00c4nderung des Patentgesetzes (PatG)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Schadensberechnung bei einer Patentverletzung<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Derzeit ist es f\u00fcr den Rechteinhaber nicht m\u00f6glich, Schadensersatz zu verlangen, der \u00fcber seine eigene Produktionskapazit\u00e4t hinausgeht. Hierzu werden die folgenden \u00c4nderungen eingef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n<p>a) die Frist f\u00fcr die Anmeldung von verwandten Designs wird auf 10 Jahre ab dem Anmeldetag des Hauptdesigns verl\u00e4ngert.
