Herr Omagari verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber diverse Erfahrungen im Finanz- und Unternehmensbereich mit \u00fcber 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Abschluss des Studiums an der University of Tokyo und dem Legal Training and Research Institute ist Herr Omagari einer Londoner Magic-Circle-Kanzlei beigetreten, wobei sich seine Arbeit in deren Tokioter Niederlassung auf Bankwesen, Finanzierung und Unternehmenszusammenschl\u00fcsse konzentrierte. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit hatte er nicht nur Gelegenheit, in den B\u00fcros in London und Hong Kong t\u00e4tig zu sein, sondern ihm wurde auch die M\u00f6glichkeit geboten, einen LLM-Abschluss der University of Pennsylvania Law School zu erwerben und seine Zulassung der New York State Bar Association zu erhalten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde er zu einer japanischen Bank und der japanischen Niederlassung eines franz\u00f6sischen Kosmetikunternehmens entsandt.<\/p>\n<p>2011 trat er der Tokioter Niederlassung einer gro\u00dfen US-amerikanischen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei bei, wo er die Beratung zu nationalen und grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Transaktionen \u00fcbernahm und sich auf Bankwesen, Verm\u00f6gensfinanzierung (besonders Flugzeug- und Immobilienfinanzierung) sowie Wertpapiergesch\u00e4fte konzentrierte.<\/p>\n<p>Herr Omagari: \u201cIch freue mich, hier zu sein und mit vielen begabten Fachleuten in verschiedenen Gebieten zu arbeiten, was meinen beruflichen Horizont mit Sicherheit erweitern wird.
