Oktober 2019<br \/>veranstaltete S&amp;E ein Seminar zum Thema \u201eJ\u00fcngste Patentrechtsf\u00e4lle im EPA<br \/>und BGH und die j\u00fcngsten Empfehlungen zur Ausarbeitung wirksamer<br \/>Patentanspr\u00fcche und Beschreibungen\u201c.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesem Seminar lud<br \/>S&amp;E Dr. Erik Richly, LL.M., Patentanwalt, European Patent Attorney und European<br \/>Trademark and Design Attorney, und Robert Ritschel, Patentanwalt, European<br \/>Patent Attorney und European Trademark and Design Attorney, der Patentkanzlei<br \/>RICHLY &amp; RITSCHEL Patentanw\u00e4lte mit Sitz in Gladbach, Deutschland,<br \/>ein.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Seminar erl\u00e4uterten<br \/>Dr. Richly und Herr Ritschel die Beschreibungsanforderungen von europ\u00e4ischen Patentanmeldungen<br \/>und die Eckpunkte f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Patentverfolgung und -durchsetzung in<br \/>Europa. Sie konzentrierten sich darauf, den Teilnehmern mit konkreten<br \/>Beispielen (wie Entscheidungen des EPA) eine detaillierte Erl\u00e4uterung dar\u00fcber<br \/>zu geben, welche Aspekte mit Hinblick auf die Bewertungskriterien f\u00fcr Neuheit<br \/>und erfinderische T\u00e4tigkeit in den Anmeldetext aufgenommen werden sollten, und<br \/>welche nicht, und informierten die Teilnehmer \u00fcber das notwendige Know-how f\u00fcr die<br \/>Ausarbeitung von Beschreibungen.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Das Seminar wurde auf Englisch abgehalten, und Herr <a href=\"https:\/\/se1910.com\/de\/staff\/felix-reinhard-einsel\/\">Felix Einsel<\/a>, der gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Gesellschafter unserer Kanzlei, dolmetschte ins Japanische.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>S&amp;E hatte nach dem<br \/>Seminar einen Empfang gegeben, um den Teilnehmern weitere M\u00f6glichkeiten zur<br \/>Kommunikation mit Dr. Richly und Herrn Ritschel zu
