Sie<br \/>verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 18 Jahre Erfahrung in der Prozessf\u00fchrung, mit Expertise<br \/>im Bereich des geistigen Eigentums.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In der Studiengruppe hielt sie einen Vortrag \u00fcber Patentverletzungsprozesse in Indien und erl\u00e4uterte das Indische Patentrecht wie z.B. Artikel 3 des Indischen Patentrechts, der Salze und Polymorphe bekannter Substanzen als nicht patentierbar ansieht, die Verpflichtung zur Informationsoffenlegung (IDS) vor dem Indischen Patentamt, die Verfahren des Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB), sowie die Durchsetzung von Patenten durch Patentverletzungsklagen einschlie\u00dflich einstweiliger Verf\u00fcgungen, Working Statements (Nachweis, dass die patentierte Erfindung in Indien kommerziell genutzt wurde), die Bolar-Freistellung, und die neuesten Informationen zu Zwangslizenzen anhand von Beispielen (\u201eNovartis vs. Union of India\u201c, \u201eCipla vs. Novartis\u201c, \u201eBayer vs. Union of India\u201c, \u201eNovartis AG vs. Nutra\u201c, etc.). Dar\u00fcber hinaus erl\u00e4uterte sie ausf\u00fchrlich die Vorbereitungen, die bei Patentanmeldungen erforderlich sind. Diese Studiengruppe wurde auf Englisch abgehalten, und Herr <a href=\"https:\/\/se1910.com\/de\/staff\/felix-reinhard-einsel\/\">Felix Einsel<\/a>, der gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Gesellschafter unserer Kanzlei, dolmetschte ins Japanische.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>S&amp;E hat nach der<br \/>Studiengruppe einen Empfang gegeben, um den Teilnehmern weitere M\u00f6glichkeiten<br \/>zur Kommunikation mit
